Well Designed App…love it!

Positives: - ease of use in capturing the photo (little touches like ability to rotate photo etc) - great to have the date&time automatically stamped on it (and yet being able to modify it if needed) - great to see the days takings in the journal bit (the days summary) - ability to log (take photo / write a description of) not just food but exercises or whatever that one is working on Negatives: - the sharing button only allows upload to FB…would be nice to have more options Overall an absolutely awesome app!

Loved the app before

And wanting to still continue using it. Only problem is there is absolutely no option to matter where I look to log my water or weight (no water drop or scale symbol) I am on iPhone 5c and hoping this problem is fixed!!

Disappointing loss of key features

New version no longer allows you to track water consumption levels or create/track personalized goals. This is a huge loss of functionality for me.

Love my food !

Very useful and motivational app to track your food and share your food for nutritional purpose, I really feel that make me follow the steps to reach my health goals !!!

Good app

Thats a very good app. However I am having troubles finding some users (some of whom have underscores in their nicknames). Love how it is organized so far. I will give the fifth star when the searching nicknames problem will be solved.

Amazing app! At first I just laughed, but I cannot believe what a difference it has made for me. I am making much better food choices. Just post your food photo, or thoughts for the day. Lots of fun… I’ve lost 3 lbs. so far wooohooo! Awesome peeps too!!! Give your food a shot :-)

Awesome tool

Really makes me think about what Im eating in a day. And being able to go back and look at you portion sizes and everything is really helpful.

Tracking without frustration

If youre a veteran of food tracking, you may have become rebellious and quit after a while, having given up on trying to accurately guess the calories in homemade meals or restaurant plans. YouFood is a better way to track with visual records of your daily food and beverage intake. For some, seeing a visual record is a better way to understand ones own eating habits. Ive used the app daily since July after several starts and stops over the last several years with calorie trackers. The community is active and supportive; saving recipes is easy and inspirational to people at all cooking levels; and the weekly emails are fun and informative. This app has made tracking my healthy eating less of a burden while also inspiring responsibility.

Healthy in more ways than one

Compared to MFP, this app brings out less restrict and binge cycles, reminds me of the good things I have in life (like good food tea and coffee) in a visual way, and lets me literally see other peoples eating habits. Great for behavior modeling, paying attention to the food and not just the calories. Puts me in a better mental state overall.

Good Accountability

I am doing THM and I appreciate the accountability this app gives me. It is like a journal of what I eat. Lost four pounds my first week. I would have given it Five Stars except it does not always work well. Sometimes you cant change a post the way you need to when you make a mistake. If those mistakes could be fixed it would be perfect. Thanks!

This is the best app for logging pics of your meals

I love this app! The pros...1 great for narrowing down where My calories are coming from without actually counting them. Ive lost a few pounds and can see that it will continue. 2 The developer is updating regularly. Thats a real plus in my book!! The fridge is great for saving recipes! Cons...The only reason I deducted a star is that it takes too many clicks to get to my food log. This really bothers me. I also miss the ability to search for food that other people posted when I forgot to take photos of mine. Thats really not a big deal though. Id also love to be able to filter out vegan recipes automatically. So often they have substitute cheese and butter etc that I dont like to feed to my children. Lastly...Im Wondering how the developer will make this app more profitable. I would have easily paid for it (one time fee...not a Subscription) but only after seeing how useful it is for keeping up with where I need improvement on my diet. Maybe a free download that logs only one week of meals? Well done on a great app!
