Im usually hesitant to leave a review so soon (and often dont get around to it at all, but these guys deserve it!), I now know why there is not a single negative review. This was a free app of the day for me, and it say on my phone for a long time before I checked it out.. I wish Id done it sooner.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app! Its helping me to hold myself accountable, I can visually see what Ive eaten and can check in to see if I had enough or if I can have something else.. The water tracking helps me greatly... I am SO bad for liquid intake.. My goal is just 50oz at the moment and some days I still dont make it, but Im drinking far more than I was.. I lowered my food intake significantly within a few days, its crazy how you can sit there and think, why am I not losing?? I must be in a plateau, yet when you see it laid out in front of you, its quite obvious.. Ive lost just over 7 lbs and I havent had it for more than two weeks, I did add MFP too... But this definitely keeps me motivated to even log on MFP. And its great if you dont have time to log til the end of the day.. No forgetting what you had, just snap from within the app (or add a pic from your album) and off you go! (No awkward scanning and tapping and flustering in front of people, lol.
I can see myself sticking with this, and losing the rest of that weight that I started to lose 3 years ago! Again.. LOVE IT!
